How to Add a New User
To add a new user to your organization’s B Generous portal, sign in to your portal and navigate to the “Administration” tab on the left hand side. Click “New User” at the top right of the screen, and enter the user’s name and email address. Click “Send Invite” and they will receive an email with all of the information they need to log in!
How to Remove a User
To remove a user’s access to your B Generous portal, navigate to the “Administration” tab and find the user’s name in the All Users list. To the right of that user’s email, you will see a 3 dot menu. Click on this menu and click “deactivate user.” This will remove their access to your B Generous portal.
